Alex Tsui Ka-Kit ,former Deputy Director of the Hong Kong Independent Commission Against Corruption.He joined the Independent Commission Against Corruption in 1974 and was subsequently recommended for further studies at Oxford University, Cambridge University and the British Police College. In 1991, he was promoted to Deputy Director of the Operations Department, becoming the first Chinese Deputy Director of the ICAC.
