  • *🥋 Drop-in Class Rules & Terms*
  • *1. Booking & Registration*
  • - All drop-in classes require _advance booking_, which can be made via our website, phone, or WhatsApp.
  • - Class sizes are limited and spots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • - We recommend booking at least _24 hours in advance_ and arriving _15 minutes before_ the class starts.
  • *2. Fees & Payment*
  • - Single class fee: _HK$200_
  • - Payment can be made on-site (cash / Octopus / PayMe / FPS) or online.
  • - _No refunds_ will be issued once payment is made. For rescheduling, please refer to the policy below.
  • *3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy*
  • - To cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least _12 hours before_ the class starts.
  • - Late cancellations or no-shows will be considered as class attended, and no refund or make-up will be provided.
  • *4. Attire & Equipment*
  • - Please wear appropriate athletic attire and bring your own personal gear (e.g., gloves, mouthguard, shin guards).
  • - Basic equipment rental is available at the gym (additional charges apply).
  • *5. Safety & Liability*
  • - All participants must sign a _liability waiver_ confirming they are physically fit for high-intensity training.
  • - Instructors reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone deemed unfit for the class.
  • - Please respect instructors and fellow participants, and maintain proper hygiene and etiquette.
  • *Liability Disclaimer:*
  • - All participants must ensure they are physically capable of engaging in high-intensity fitness and combat training.
  • - While we strive to provide a safe training environment and professional instruction, participants acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved in combat sports, including but not limited to sprains, fractures, impact injuries, or loss of consciousness.
  • - _By registering or participating in any class, participants voluntarily assume all associated risks._
  • - _In the event of injury, permanent disability, or death resulting from participation in our activities, the gym shall bear no responsibility and will not provide any form of compensation._

  • *6. Age & Experience Requirements*
  • - Drop-in classes are open to individuals aged _16 and above_.
  • - Beginners are welcome. Some advanced classes may require prior experience (please refer to class descriptions).
  • *7. Gym Conduct*
  • - Please arrive on time. Late arrivals exceeding 10 minutes may not be allowed to join the class.
  • - No unauthorized photography or video recording during class unless approved by the instructor.
  • - Dangerous items, alcohol, and smoking are strictly prohibited on the premises.
